Machine functions are completely automatic and can be customised.
The Dust Exhaust machines have been designed to remove all polluting particles from the pallets and stacked materials, which are used in controlled contamination areas or in processes where the pallets and materials have to be cleaned before packaging or storage.
The machine produces high-speed air washing cycles driven by high-head fans and directional nozzles: the air from the fins that comes into contact with the pallet is then recovered through intake grids and filtered using high efficiency filters.
The nozzles are set in vertical columns at the four internal corners and on the ceiling panel of the Dust Exhaust and guarantee excellent cleaning of the pallet: the machine ceiling is mounted on motorised runners so that it can draw very close and adapt to the various heights of the pallets.
