Lisa Control System is the system base used for the control of the Filter Fan Units installed in the Cleanrooms: the software, if requested, comes free of charge with the Units.
AIR-1-SUPERVISOR SYSTEM
The Air-1-Supervisor Control System is a true one and just it arranges of supervision (SCADA) of the Cleanrooms: to the control of the Filter Fan Units the system joins the possibility to control operation parameters which temperature, humidity, pressure and speed of the air and the management of loop of control.
It is developed on open and compatible protocols with the most common software industrial.
OPC SERVER INTERFACE
Interface OPC Server has been developed in order to allow the direct control of the Filter Fan Units from the most common supervision systems used in the industrial field (Siemens, Honeywell, etc...) through their OPC Client interface. It's not more necessary to write dedicated software, thanks to the use of the communication interface OLE for Process Control, a standard asserted and wide accepted in the automation world.
It is basically a driver that allow communication, via serial port, between the FFU's BUS and the supervision system.
The application integrate also a configurator that allows configuration management, connections and devices settings.
