The independent Motor Ventilating Units of the AIR-2-AS series have been especially designed to be used on Aseptic Filling Machines where, apart from the usual flow and pressure values, it is necessary to guarantee a higher level of reliability and efficiency of the filtering system higher than that for normal Beverage applications. The AIR-2-AS Units are equipped with two absolute filters fitted in series in a container maintained under negative pressure to prevent the possibility of any leak in one or more gaskets generating contamination inside the Filler: they are also equipped with a constant- flow self-regulating intelligent EC ventilator which, by auto-compensation, compensates for any loss of charge due to the gradual blockage of the filters.
The in-built electrical board, designed to communicate with the PLC of the Filler, eliminates the need to install auxiliary appliances on the electrical panel of the Filler for command and control of the Ventilation Units.
